This is for your kind information that the Sir Salimullah Medical College 3^rd Batch Society has taken an initiative to train 100 Home Health Care Assistants (HHCA). The HHCAs will provide basic care to the elderly, chronically ill and disabled persons at home. A curriculum has already been developed by the society members to train the HHCAs.

It is our pleasure to submit the proposal for your kind review and funding. We would much appreciate if could kindly fund this project that would benefit the providers as well as the country in taking better care of the elderly, chronically ill and disabled individuals.
